Schaf Serum and C E Ferulic: what changes if you switch?

The formulation differences
Vitamin C
C E Ferulic: 15% L-ascorbic acid.
Schaf Serum: 10% 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, a different vitamin C form.
Supporting ingredients
C E Ferulic: vitamin E and ferulic acid. The current enhanced formula on SkinCeuticals' US site also lists carnosine and Endophytol.
Schaf Serum: ectoine, bakuchiol, niacinamide, peptides and hyaluronic acid alongside vitamin C.
Fragrance
Both brands describe these products as fragrance-free. This is not a distinguishing advantage for Schaf in this comparison.
Neither the ingredient list nor the percentage on a bottle establishes equal results. We are not presenting Schaf as an identical dupe or claiming that it outperforms C E Ferulic.
